• We are located behind Forresters Beach shops

• Please park on Forresters Beach Road and walk through the path between Chic Hair & Co and Forresters Beach Surgery to find our studio.

Don’t have a pet but love our Christmas Portraits?

• No problems! Families without pets are always welcome, we would love to see you for your family Christmas photos.

All kinds of pets are welcome but keep in mind the space is not enclosed.

• Dogs, cats, birds, lizards, fish, guinea pigs, & rabbits are all welcome at Santa Paws! Please keep in mind that it is an open space so pets must be able to be secured.

Your pet is reactive to other pets.

• We offer particular booking times for families with pets that are reactive to other animals

• If you believe this option is best for you please reach out directly to organise your booking (either via email or socials)

• We do not accept pets that are aggressive to humans

Before your booking.

• Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment.

• Please ensure your dog arrives to the studio on leash

• Does your pet react aggressively to other animals, particular environments or other? Please contact us prior to your appointment to ensure we make adjustments to keep your pet as comfortable as possible during their photo session.

• If another photo session is still in practice when you arrive we kindly ask you wait out of view of the studio to reduce distractions for the other family

During your booking.

• The whole family is welcome in the Christmas photo, your session isn’t limited to just your pets

• Please keep your pet on leash and secure at all times unless advised to do otherwise

• Any new environment can be a little bit unsettling or stressful for some pets. Here at Santa Paws we endeavour to make your best friends feel safe and stress free while in the studio

• If your pet starts demonstrating any signs of distress we ask that you only use positive reinforcement and encouragement with your pet.

• We do not endorse ‘forcing’ any pets into situations they are distressed in, or negative reinforcement.

Cancellations/Terms and Conditions

• At Santa Paws we understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us ASAP

• Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time may incur a cancellation fee

• Owners and responsible for their own pets

• Pets must remain on leash at all times unless advised otherwise
